Utilizing the combined tools of bija (seed) mantra and japa (repetition) mantra, we will dive deeply into a different chakra each week from root to crow. This is our third meditation in the series.  Cost is $10. Attendance to all seven meditations is recommended but not required. Comfortable clothing advised.
